Age & Spay/Neuter
*Dogs MUST be over 3 months old.
*Dogs over 8 months of age who are NOT neutered/spayed will NOT be eligible for group play unless attending as puppies.
*Boarding dogs that cannot go into playgroups can ONLY BE boarded in Suite/Penthouse! NO EXCEPTIONS! This is to ensure they've comfortable stay while they're with us!
Health & Safety
*Proof of up-to-date Bordetella, Distemper, and Rabies shots MUST be uploaded/presented on the first day.
*Dogs with expired vaccinations will NOT be admitted for the safety of others.
*Dogs attending or staying with us MUST be free of kennel cough, fleas, ticks, and any other contagious illnesses.
Packages & Pricing
*All packages (except unlimited) are good for 90 days.
*Our packages are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXTENDABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
*Prices are rounded to the nearest dollar and taxes, as well as any late checkout charges, apply.
Reservations & Cancellations
*All reservations and cancellations MUST be made online before 10 PM the night before.
*Walk-ins may be turned away due to capacity limits, so please make reservations in advance.
Evaluation
*All dogs MUST attend a FREE evaluation (daycare) prior to starting Daycare or Boarding.
*Evaluations are available Monday to Friday, with check-in times between 7 AM to 9 AM and check-out times after 3 PM. Please request a daycare reservation online.
